CANCELATIONS, REFUNDS & DAMAGES
Please be aware, all sales are final. Due to the limited availability and weekly change in inventory offered, we do not accept returns after an order is placed. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Customer will need to include any photo or video of the issue at hand so we can best assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise. If the customer alters the plant in any way prior to receiving notice from The House Plant Nursery, your eligibility for refund or replacement may be void.
LOST/STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY
Packages marked as delivered by carrier, but are not received are the customer's responsibility to track. The House Plant Nursery is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their is a safe and secure area for packages to be delivered at the address provided for shipping. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact your local post office or visit the link provided below as we are not able to track the parcel down on our end.

SHIPPING TO AREAS BELOW 50F DEGREES
Plants with cold damage will not be replaced unless a heat pack was purchased. Shipping warmers will be activated minutes before shipment and last 72 hours. Warmers are for transit purposes only, and will not work when outside temps drop below 35F degrees. If your local temps are below 35F please wait to order when your local temps warm or have shipped to wherever you will be during delivery.
